Is my data secure?

Yes. All messages are encrypted at rest and stored in private storage. Video URLs are signed and expire after 7 days, so only your intended recipient can view them.

Can I send video on the free plan?

No. Video messages require the one-time $9 Pro upgrade. The free plan supports a single text-only message.

How does delivery work?

Messages are delivered via email on your scheduled date. Text appears directly in the email body. If your message includes video, the email contains a secure "Watch Video" link.

What time will my message arrive?

Messages are sent at 8 AM UTC on the scheduled date.

Can I cancel or edit a scheduled message?

Yes. Pending messages can be cancelled from your dashboard at any time before delivery. Once a message has been delivered, it cannot be modified.

What happens if I delete my free message?

Your free message slot is restored and you can schedule a new one.

What video formats are supported?

MP4, WebM, and MOV. Maximum 3 minutes per video.

Is Pro a subscription?

No. Pro is a one-time $9 payment — no recurring charges, ever.

How much storage do Pro users get?

2 GB total for video messages, shared across all your scheduled messages.

How far in the future can I schedule?

Any date from tomorrow onward. Quick-select options include 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years.
